In order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Francophone Festival in China*, the Service de Cooperation et d’ Action Culturelle – Institut français de Chine of the French general Consulate in Wuhan and Maison sud-ouest France Wuhan are organizing a “Master chef” pastry worshop March 28th.
Trained in the best 5 star hotels, the chef of Maison sud-ouest France will explain and demonstrate how to bake one of the most popular French desert: the apple tart.
Apple tart can just as well be a favorite desert for famous chefs or a versatile old-time favorite but it’s never a boring treat. This will be a great way to wish a ”happy birthday” to the 20th anniversary of the Francophone Festival in China.
Francophone does indeed go well with gastronome!
