For many years, Zhong Breizh has celebrated the Brittany Festival in order to share Breton traditions and culture in China.
The Interceltic Festival of Beijing has become a symbol of these festivities with 1,300 visitors, some curious and some aficionados, in 2014. At the traditional ‘Fest noz’, you are invited to participate: discover traditional Breton games, tugs-of-war, lessons in Breton dancing or crêpes, galette-saucisses, kouign amann and cider tasting. All punctuated by Breton, Irish and Scottish music by Breton groups Ampouailh and JMK.
Ampouailh and JMK are very present on the Breton scene. Expected to play from the early afternoon until late in the evening, they make the public dance to their beats with two traditional Breton dancers who will teach everyone the steps to a few traditional dances.
