Urban poetry: discussion between street artists Seth and Tango

French artist Seth, leading figure of figurative muralism and the great chineese ilustrator Tango will answer the questions linked to town’s metamorphosis and the means of expression in the public space. The second day, the French muralist Seth, the Chinese poet Han Bo, the Chinese journalist Linghu Lei and the French architect Guillaume Anatole Faraut, will debate together the theme of urban poetry. The people in Shanghai will then be invited to look for Seth's works in Fengjing and its surroundings.

Born in Paris, in 1972, Julien Malland aka Seth is one of todays’ leading figures in the figurative muralism movement. He is not only the writer of various books regarding urban art, but also the presenter, author and director of TV documentaries. For the last few years, China, and especially Shanghai, have taken a predominant part in his work.
